The Challenge
The customer had a sliding door lock that kept sticking and a euro cylinder that no longer turned smoothly — a security risk and a daily frustration. They wanted it fixed without replacing the entire door.
What We Did
We rekeyed the euro cylinder to a fresh, working key and serviced the sliding door mechanism, correcting the faulty hardware and adjusting alignment so it locked properly again. We also tuned a commercial door closer on the same visit.
The Result
Both locks now operate smoothly and securely with a single working key — no full door replacement and no recurring sticking.
